I think it's a sensor, the worst part is it only has 100 miles on it and I only had it 24hrs.It's a little early to be claiming poor quality. Let's say there are 30,000 individual parts on your new Ram. If just one fails, intermittently, does that make it a poorly made product? That said, it's not what anyone wants to hear. Let's wait to hear the whole story.

My front parking sensor died in the first couple hundred miles. I just know I have a warranty, accept that things do break, get it fixed and roll on.
On the other hand, I completely understand your feelings.
I had a brand new 2004 Silverado, not even a 1000 miles on her, in the car wash bay for a quick spray off. I sprayed the taillight (from a normal distance) and shot it straight off the truck. It would have flown out the bay except it was still wired in.
A few weeks later, washing it again, the other taillight flies off. Dealership fixed both, last problem I ever had with that truck! So, don't get upset yet.![]()
It was fine when they looked at it. They changed the sending unit anyway. It's been good so far. I hope I don't have more problems, I really like it. The dealer was good, Sent someone to pick me up and gave me a 2015 ram to drive while they had it.
