new tires

Getting new tires for my 2014 6.4 mega cb 4x4. Dont want to lift it but want to upsize. Thinking 275/65/20 or 295/65/20 . Any input would really help.

Put 285/65r20 on mine about two weeks ago. No rub at all every day driving even at full lock. Very slight rub at full lock backing out of a friend's inclined driveway. Thought about going to a 295/65 but wanted to play it safe and now that i have these i think the 295's would of cleared but it wouldn't take much of an angle to get them to rub. Plus going from a 285 to 295 was almost $50 more per tire for the 1/2 of height and width difference.
