No pin #13 on my Data Link Connector to pull ABS codes

My ABS and Brake lights recently came on. I reviewed my shop manual and it said I can ground out pin 13 on the Data Link Connector and count the flash's to get a code. When I checked, however, that particular pin appears not used / empty. I know I have the earlier version of ODB on my 96 5.9l.

Is there some place else I should check or am I missing something?
