New to the forum but on my 3rd ram. Hunted for 8 months last fall and winter to find my new to me ‘18 Ram QC Sport Night package this spring, right before prices went bonkers, whew, with 32k on the clock. Had to fly to Indianapolis to get it. Fun truck! Haven’t done a whole lot to it but have done the following and plan on some others.
Hellwig Adjustable sway bar, highly recommended.
Removed the tonneau cover and put on a color matched topper.
Husky floor mats, front and rear.
Rubber bed floor mat.
Husky mud flaps.
Removed the tube steps.
9-Drive throttle controller.
Second set of Fuel wheels and dedicated winter tires.
Kenwood excelon 6x9 components in the front with Kicker Key 200.4 in bi-amp. Kicker 6x9’s in the rear. Kilmat all doors. System absolutely cranks and kilmat helped a ton with audio quality and deadening road noise.
Things I will be doing:
Bilstein 5100 level shock kit with shim in rear to keep at least a 1” of rake since I tow a 20.5’ Bass boat.
New Muffler, not sure yet.
Oil testing to eliminate the dreaded tick.
Kicker Key 500.1 with a 10 or 12” sub in a fox box.
5” black exhaust tips
That’s it so far.
