Not over heating

I have a 2015 ram 1500 3.6 pvt radiator busted then I fixed the radiator drove it around for a day or so he gauge went all the way to hot wasn't hot and now it won't turn over anything the key any questions I'm stumped they said there's two sensors on it water temperature sensor and heating temperature sensor I can only find one in the manifold at the back the driver side I can't find the other please help

Gauge went to hot but it wasn’t. How did you reach this conclusion ?
