Not starting no codes

Truck isn’t starting and running out of ideas. I bought a new battery since it died in the middle of winter.

Truck cranks and won’t start even with starting fluid so asssuming my issue is spark related

Tried pulling codes and don’t have any codes (possibly from battery dying).

Every time i google it seems to lead to camshaft sensor and crankshaft sensor. Will these throw codes as soon as I try to crank the motor if they are bad?

Grab the FSM from the 3rd Gen DIY section, that will help get you started. https://www.ramforum.com/threads/3rd-gen-parts-manuals-and-2003-2004-service-manuals.6504/

Any of the following may be the cause:

- No Spark
- No fuel
- Faulty Coil
- Water in your fuel
- Faulty fuel pump, relay, or associated wiring

Other possibilities that you may have already taken care of or eliminated:

- Weak battery
- Low or no compression
- Faulty starter
- Corroded/loose battery terminals
- Incorrect plug gap or fouling
