Not sure where hose connects

I installed a oil catch can on my ram and while removing the stock pcv hose I noticed another house was out of place and don’t know where it goes any can help?? It’s a hose that runs from the rear of engine

installed a catch can yesterday and while revoking the pcv stock hose I notice another hose that was just loose and don’t know where it goes. Does anyone know where it goes back too
