diablo sport still does not have a eta when they will be releasing the tunes for us 2012s. I believe everyone is being wrongfully hyped up just like last time and tricked into buying a trinity. I believe its wrong to tell everyone it will be next week when they dont know. So what are you going to do next week when diablo doesnt release the tunes?? I really hope they do but until they do Im not buying anything.

It's your choice to purchase one or not. I am simply saying next week because when I spoke with DiabloSport this is EXACTLY what the sales manager told me. I would never post wrongful information to my potential customers. That's not how I like to do business and that is not how I run my company.

No we are not. It's the customers choice to buy one. I will surely answer our customers questions to the fullest extent that I can and contact Diablo Sport with any questions they may have. We strive for top notch customer service.

I understand everyones ETA concern for the 2012 Tune. I simply asked for the ETA based on your requests & provided the information that Dan Dolan from Diablosport had given me. Their Goal & timeline was to have it released before PRI. As most of you probably know - ETA's can & often do change. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as I understand how frustrating it is when things dont arrive when they are expected. So, to show my commitment to providing excellent service - if the Tune is not released by the end of this week as origonally told - I will send each member that purchased a T1000 that was anticipating the 2012 Tune - a Free OEM Mopar Oil Filter ( part # 4884899AB ) for their trouble

Thats why you don't make statement as such when your not in control of the situation, this is why diablosport doesn't even give dates out because they have gotten burnt when then don't meet a deadline. Sucks for anyone that bought based on your information given.

"Said we were "HOPING" and said we had no specific ETA. Just need to clear that up- we are still working on it and want to have it soon but there IS NO RELEASE DATE at this time. Please be patient with us!"
