I made my own -10 / 5/8" hoses with high flow fittings. I spent a few minutes with a die grinder cleaning up all the sharp edges i could get to.
Remember "Out" from engine adapter to "In" on remote mount,and "Out" from remote mount to "In" on the engine adapter

Appreciate it. Just ordered one, I like the idea of having two filters as well. Seeing those reports of cheaper oil filters these days and media tearing, it's probably a nice little benefit to be able to have 2 filters on and the extra cooling, small as it might be, is just another benefit.

I dont see a kit for the 6.7 cummins unfortunatly

Switch from the 22m x 1.5 to the 3/4 16 and you can run the 30-8A.

Appreciate the idea though. But RP makes other filters that I could run, the issue with RP is more availability.

I've been running Fram XG2 for the last while, it's more efficient than the RP is, I think the only concern there is wavy pleats or media tears which shouldn't be an issue since I run short intervals (well, compared to the rated 20k miles anyway, I do about 7000). And if there are two of them on the truck, I should be good.

Yup the 20-820 is a good filter. I think those nipples screw in and out. Mine did, so you can change if you feel like it in the future

I think the 1227 kit does use the older style 3/4-16 filters
Way better selection of filters in the old 3/4-16 filters.
