Oil in radiator.

2015 3.6 liter so far we have changed oil cooler, head on right side , and radiator engine has went through over 5 gallons of flush for 30 minutes at a time , thought problem was solved but after driving only about 3 weeks it showed up again. Where else can we look , it was a retired dodge mechanic that did the work.

Test coolant for exhaust gas already again? Water bubbles on oil dip stick? Thermal Management Unit?
