there is another company out there that makes bolt on flowmaster kits but I cant recall the name

I order a Mufflex 24' and had it install without the res. I think it sound good.

Mufflex delete just installed and holy crap. Its sounds awesome. Hardest part of install was separating the tailpipes.everything else was a breeze

Finally off and sunny aaannd 70 out lol you know what happened next....on and awesome...not loud at all (comparing to the mach1 o4) I used to own.... Neighborhood friendly and no "drone" that I can tell.....actually thought it would be louder...but satisfied 100% with the results

If I would of figured out the exhaust hangers a little sooner and had a spare couple of hands would of had it done quicker....but not a bad job of about 45 min tackling by myself today

Would do an audio clip but just does not capture the sound correctly on my phone, plus a zillion exhaust clips out there already

14" kit sounds good....and still mouse quiet when not on the gas while driving.....love it

I've got to say I understand people complaint about the drone. No tuner I had to run in 6th because the noise was going to run me out of the cab....

Maybe it's the 2014....has more sound deading material? Or the black express is stealthy enough to not have drone lol

Seriously I have no drone lol could be a YMMV issue

I have the 18" Magnaflow and there really isn't any problems for me until MDS kicks in. Then it sounds terrible, to me anyway.

I also have the 14" magnaflow, wait till the break-in period and it'll be a lil louder and deeper(1000 km's for mine). ------------------------------- Of all the MUFFLER DELETES I've heard on these truck's , especially accelerating off the line , to me they sound raspy and gurgly up until higher rpm's and that's why I decided the lil quieter but clean and smooth sound of the 14" Magnaflow.
