Other performance options?

So I have a 2010 Ram 1500 with the 5.7 in it. I have been out of the truck game for a while now am going to start getting back in. I have a cat back exhaust, CAI, Moes throttle body, diablo tuner with custom tunes an electric fans. I was wondering what would be the next bolt on upgrade everyone would choose to go with.

I agree with Jay.

Those are all good low end power mods and that's what you need to get that heavy mass moving.

Another suggestion would be a cam, rockers, port & polish the heads if you want to get into the engine.
