Oval holes in rocker panel

Has anyone found a plug that will fit in the oval holes in the lower rocker panel? The ones that are taped?

Not insofar as I know. I taped mine over with Eternabond tape.

Could just get grommets and put them in. It will take the shape

I used gorilla tape. Seems to work. No problems and easy to pull off when they krown my truck every year

Mine already had tape on them and havnt and any issues. I just was under here yesterday and noticed one was hanging on. I’ll give gorilla tape a shot as I believe the local parts store (car quest) carries it.

If you can find it use Trex tape. 5X stronger thicker stickier than gorilla tape.
I used some on a hole in a steel roof and hasn't come loose in this heavy rain we've had lately in N.Tx.

Mopar part# 68043989AA is supposed to fit those holes in the rocker panel. I'm sure Benny at AllMoparParts.com can get them at a great price!

Crappy Tire also carries Gorilla Tape Lyle.At least the one out here do

Oh and I misunderstood and was thinking behind the rockers by the hangers for the side rails. I have these plugs on the rockers already too.

That is the incorrect part #. They are way too small measuring 3/4”x7/16”.

I do the same. I cut the Gorilla Tape in an oval shape but larger than the hole. It works great.
