Hello RamDiver,
Thanks, I am in the process of doing my "Due diligence".
Checked the fuse (good), and looked at the linkage (nothing missing). Working my way through all the wiring and switches.
Just had a busy week, finally getting to finding out what the real problem is.
I wanted to join this forum sooner, just had way to much to do.
Being retired, with a truck, and two other vehicles, and working on everyone Desktop/Laptop/Point of Sales, etc, I am busier than
"a one armed paperhanger".

I've seen this same behavior when a battery is going bad. Check that too...

My 2004 would swipe the wipers at random , from when it was new.

It would do it with or without keys in the ignition, I could sometimes glance out my living room window and see them going for a few swipes.

It never drained the battery, and I avoid the dealer like the plague.

Hello From NE Ohio,
I am diagnosing why my wipers "would not stop", then "NO wipers". I understand that it probably is the relays on the TIPM.
I will eliminate the console switch, the motor and the fuses.

Is there a AuTel Tool that will diagnose the BCM on a 2013 Ram Bighorn?

Finally, if I have to buy a TIPM, any recommendations on where to buy one?

Just came across a user on the Pacifica forum who said they used this to alter the ECM settings for PWM fan control. If it can do that it may be capable of what you need (looks like an Autel clone)

Be sure to check that battery though first...

Hello from NE Ohio,
Thank you all. I have checked the Battery, the wiper motor, the Multi-function Console switch, and the fuse. Every individual pieces are good.
I have TIPM on order , my soldering skills have gotten worse with age.
Plus there is a return policy and a one year warrenty on the rebuild TIPM.

One more question, living in NE Ohio where the roads get salted and beet juiced during the winter, I was going to use Dielectric grease on the connectors.
are there any warnings that I should know about?

Not that I can think of, all of the connectors are on the bottom so any moisture should collect on the wire harness side and not the TIPM itself.
