When did this start (after new front end components, after the recent tire re-balancing?) Are you offroading and caught a component on a rock?

Does the wobbling stop right after you hit the pothole or does it last longer? I would start simple, are the tires over-inflated?

Next, I would inspect all the steering components & shocks. Check and re-torque everything to spec. If you had the replacement work done at a shop, take it back for inspection/re-torque.

Jack up the truck so the front tire is just touching the ground. Then grab the top of the tire and push/pull back and forth hard and see if you hear a clunking. If you do your ball joints are either shot or need grease if you have greaseable joints. Repeat for the other side. That and worn shock mounts or blown shocks is what it sounds like to me.
