Please HELP! Painted mirror covers

Hello, I have a 2013 Dodge Ram express and I was wondering if ANYBODY knew if they make pre painted mirror covers? I have purchased chrome ones before and had them painted to match my truck and they got stole off my truck .... But I really need these mirror covers soon! And I don't wanna go through the trouble and getting them painted again so does anybody know if they make pre painted mirror covers and if so where do I get them?!?

I'd be curious to know this as well. I've been debating disassembling the mirror and sanding down and painting the part that would be covered anyway. It's not all too difficult, but I would rather not tear apart a brand new mirror if I could help it.
