Silly kids these days... No sense of adventure....lol
You mentioned getting the alignment done 2x, and it's still not true, which means something is not allowing the parts to hit the comfort zone.... Also go try a different shop, because the first shop should be able to pinpoint the issue by looking at the alignment details, before trying to make any adjustments to the vehicle..lol
Have you inspected the little things in life yet? Things like ball joints, tie rod ends, control arm bushings, hub bearing assemblies, sway bar links & bushings, torsion bars, coil spring seats, shock bushings, double check that brakes are releasing properly and not dragging, check parking brake, inspect the brake booster, check the axles, the differential gears, rack & pinion, steering box, steering column, and inspect the motor and transmission mounts also... I am not saying that you haven't double & triple checked these parts already, but never hurts to look again....
My biggest issue is that the shop you got the alignment from, is obviously not doing their pre-alignment inspection correctly... In my opinion, for if they had been doing that pre-alignment inspection, then they would have told you that it couldn't be aligned until the issue at hand was corrected.... Which they just happily took your money, and didn't bother to give you the service you were paying for.. or didn't care enough to inform you about anything if they did see something wrong... so do a visual inspection of the rubber components is where I would start, and just go down the line double checking any thing that connects or interacts with the suspension..
The only other option I could see doing just to save faith is swing the truck through the dealership, and toss them some dough to do that inspection for you.... Hope this helps out.
