Plug and Play Led Turn Signals?

Has anyone gotten any switchback or pure white, just trying to get rid of the amber. Turn signal led bulbs to work without resistors or programming? I’m trying to remove my resistors. If so what brand and what year they worked on.

I'm watching this thread, as I'm also looking for LED Switchbacks the WORK!

I have the GTR Switchbacks from Headlight Revolution. Resistors on the Turn Signals. LEDs programmed in AlfaOBD for Parking and Turn.
When I have the Parking Lights on, and use the Left Turn Signal I get a LF Parking Bulb Out. When I use the Right Turn Signal I get a hyperflash and Right Turn Signal Out.

The Turn Signals work without errors when the Parking Lights are Off.

I'll be the guinea pig.

I just ordered:
GENSSI Switchbacks
Retrofit Source PEAK Switchbacks
Supernova Switchbacks
A second set of Morimoto Resistors

I will be testing the above with and without the AlfaOBD LED setting, and with and without Resistors on the Turn, Parking, and Both.
In other words, all possible combinations.

I will report the results.

I have DD switchbacks and they work perfect white as side markers and amber as turn signals no resistors just did the programming with alphaOBD

I have switchbacks in my '10 and they work great...until I turn my headlights on, then I get the bulb out error and hyperflash. Unfortunately AlphOBD is pretty limited for the '09-'12.

Anyone have a LED turn signal that’s not as bright as the LASfit ones and don’t hyperflash?

I had an accident around a month back and the turn signals (lasfit ones) burned themselves out after 3 minutes of being on with the hazards.

Look on the preferred venders list on this site. Underground lightning. 3 year warranty. They are very well made & bright. Read about them on there site. I just got a set. Turn signals very bright no hyper flash. Best Regards

I'm not sure anything can be done with the hyperflash. I don't have access to a truck with quads to play with.

Otherwise you just wire one of these little guys one each side. Make sure to mount these out of the way as they will heat up the longer you keep the turn signal going but it does the trick and is literally $5 in parts.



I got mine off Amazon similar to this. Has been working in my girls camry for 3 years solid without issue.
