Plugs for a 2011 4.7 1500?

Just got my 2011 back from Dodge and my mileage has dropped from 15.7 down to 14.3 AFTER the tuneup. I questioned the invoice when I saw they had installed Hemi plugs. When I questioned it they called a mechanic over aznd he explained that they were now putting Hemi plugs in all trucks.

Doesn’t sound right…
The truck has 108k on it.

Does it say on the invoice what plugs they used? like the part numbers? also the EVIC MPG is never right your mpg sounds about right mine use to get 13-14
