I'm new to dodge and newer to this forum
Please help

I bought a 99 ram 5.2 ltr 2wd automatic

It lost power on the freeway and started misfiring
Now it will crank over but won't start. It wants to tho

I replaced: crank/can sensors. Timing chain with gears
Plugs. Wires. Air filter

This fam thing still won't start
If it does it misfires so bad till it dies a second layer

Please help. I have no idea what else it could be

Have you checked to make sure all the plugs wires are on all the way? Checked to make sure your getting spark to the cylinders?

Also may check for a vacuum leak, may have bumped one off.

All the wires are on all the way in te correct order
When I check for spark wwith an inline tester it's a low or dim light

Which cylinder gives you the low/dim lights?
What plugs did you put in?

Did you replace the cap and rotor? You may have gotten a bad coil. But low spark is where I would start first. For best possible starting scenario use champion copper plugs. Replace cap and rotor. Double check the wires for the right ohm resistance. and double check the firing order. That's where I would start.

The coils and wires ohm out to the correct number
And I've checked the wires in the correct order too many times to count

Ok well that rules that out. Just trying to be thorough. What about the cap and rotor? They look good? No cracks smoke trails or anything?

If you don't have inspections you can just hollow it out
