swap the sensor, turning mds off in the tune is all you need to do.

Yes. Yes vvt sprocket and solenoid were both replaced as well
The sprocket could be bad to I always use the orig one that i for sure would go OEM after you swap the sensors if that doesnt do it this will be your issue most likely.

Knew a guy that his 2500 4x4 would start fine and run a bit then start misfiring and kaput. Wait a bit and same thing. Think it was a malfunction in camshaft position sensor. Once the sensor started warming up it would crash.
