Power seat problem

In my moms 2005 3500 Diesel the power seat stopped working. The weird thing about it is there is power to the motors all 3 of them when you hit the switch the multi-meter reads 12V when truck not not running 14V when truck running but motors don't turn. I have checked.
Fuse good even switched it out.
Switches have power and contacts look good.
All connections good
No pinched wire that I can see.
One day the power seats worked the next boring in any direction. Look hi and low on the net and can't find anything.
Hope I gave enough info.
Hope you guys can help need to sell truck soon For my mom it was my Stepdads pride and joy can't have it sitting around for ever.

Check for a bad or missing ground.

Any idea where I could find the ground at for the seat.

Sorry, don't know how the system is grounded, could be under the seat or may be connected all the way into the engine bay.
