Hi guys.

I have a quick question for the guys on here with Pro Comp lifts. I had a 6" Pro Comp lift installed on my 2012 Ram 1500. When the shop ordered the kit, it only came with rear ProRunners. The truck as it sits now, has a small amount of rake around 1.5 inches. That being said, its enough to bug the hell outta me. The kit comes with additional shims and I have one shim in the front and rear at the moment. My intent all along was to have the ProRunners up front as well, so if I get a set of these, will it get rid of some of the difference in ride height or am I going to have to add another shim or two to the front?

You could get some bilstein 5100s and level it that way?

True, I could always use an adjustable shock to compensate, but I guess I'm more curious as to why its not almost level. From all the research I've done, the Pro Comp kit sits very close to level. The only things i could come up with were either how many shims were used per truck or the fact that I only have the ProRunners in the the rear and not the front.

There are some trucks out there with different rakes. Not every truck comes with the same amount of rake. I know it sucks, yours could of been one of the off ones maybe? but your cheapest route would probably be bilsteins if it bugs you. I know it would bug me haha

Anyone else have any input on this? It would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

My truck had about 2in rake with the pro comp kit. i upgraded to pro runners which have a sleeve on the front that allows you to choose between stock or a 2.5" lift up front.
