Programmer for 5.7?

Is there any programmer for the 5.7 that can be changed back to factory without them knowing its been changed? Because I was hoping it would give my truck a little better fuel mileage!

Don't think there is a hand held programmer available for your year.

When a programmer is available. You can put it back to stock and take the tuner and cable out and they shouldn't be able to tell you have one. I wouldn't want it tuned bringing it to the dealer. Because if the do an update it will change the program in the truck and lock out the tuner and then your tuner is useless.
