Projector Install Question

I just got finished installing a set of the TYC Sport Headlights in my truck. I used the Retroshop adapters and I thought everything went fine (Other than the scratch I put on my bumper from the headlight [emoji107]) I drove to the car wash and when I got out I realized the led strip on the passenger side was not lit up. The drivers side is fine just the passenger. I turned on the turn-signal and it lights up fine. Any ideas?

Jeremy helped me get this taken care of. One of the pins pushed down in the connector. Great guy and top notch customer service.
