Ah if only I had the 02-05 I would proably attempt the headlights myself, why does it seem the newer something gets, the more complicated it seems to get ha

I have how tos on the 02-05s and the 09+ Quads. I cracked open my second set of 07-08s last Thursday. Its all the same.

and we've been talking......:D I need to find a few parts and get some prices together. :D

AF those looke really cool, can you do a cut-off photo when it gets darker...up against the garage possibly? I may look into this so I can have a proper cut-off..I like the fact that you only need to replace that lense for the bulb, and not actually buy the projector housing..

Yeah it looks like it's still the stock housing right? You replaced the lense in front of the headlight bulb..correct?

Not exactly. You take the light apart. Retrofit the projector into it. And then hook up your hids. It's not quite plug n play.

I would be concerned about putting the headlights in the oven because of the halo's :eek:

250 degrees isnt gonna hurt the halos. you can even do 200 degrees if its in there for a bit longer.

as for plug and play, they are more like a plug and play than a retrofit lol. these are SUPER easy to do.
