There is a problem if you lock it and all the lights go off except the puddle lights.

If I turn the truck off get out shut the doors they stay on for like 2-3 min but if I open and **** the door after that (without putting the key in) they stay on for like 15 min and it burned out the passenger side one!

How this can be kosher

I'm guessing OP can't adjust his lights on lock/unlock settings like 13+ trucks can being that he has an 11. I've seen a thread or two on here of guys removing/replacing the puddle lights. Sounds like there is definitely a fault somewhere in the system...

Is this after you lock your truck?

Mine only stay on for a few minutes and unless I have unlock the doors or open and close the door again will they come back on.

Right that's what mine do but they stay on for like 15min that cannot be right it's way too long and burns them out

Might be able to change that setting with the dealership, not sure if a starscan tool will pick that up as a variable or a on/off toggle, but its worth a conversation with a GOOD service writer at the dealership...

Yeah, that doesn't seem right.

Even when you lock your doors they stay on for a long time?

I hate it when I "open and **** the doors"...
