Quiet as a church mouse now!!!

Checking into the clunk / rattle noise after the Bilstein install and it was a real simple fix.

Both brake cable brackets were reversed and not fully tight! They switched them back and retightened and this thing don't make a sound now!!

Getting happier!! Things are looking up! Hell yeah!!

Now just need to locate some wheels get my tires and I am set!

Could you post some pics to show how the brackets are suppose to be?? Mine clunks sometimes too on bumps and when i turn really sharp. Wouldn't think the brake line brackets would cause this though?

Yeh i don't think it has anything to do with the brake lines, but the OP had similar problems. It rarely does it, when i go offroad and hit a big bump or when i turn sharp from a stop. Checked everything out and even let the dealer look it over and all looks good. Never did it before the bilsteins, idk if it's the bumpstops or what. Not a big deal i guess, just would be nice to know what it is.

I will try, but now that I got the massive rubber on there it may be hard to get it.

My noise was happening just tracking straight down the road and on the slightest of road bumps. Loving it now though!
