RA4 GPS Problem

About 5 months ago I installed a RA 4 Radio in my truck. I sent it to Navrepair to get the software and maps updated, the software got updated, the maps did not. (Whole nother story) Up until today, the GPS has been working great using voice command. This morning, trying to give an address, it kept saying to include the Providence, about 5-6x. Couldn’t get it to accept the address. I made a quick stop and when I got back in the truck and tried again, it started telling me to include the state, which I was. Anyone have ideas what could be wrong? Is there a setting that accidentally got changed? Up to this point, it has been flawless!!

I’m actually trying to use it to go meet another member, to buy a set of wheels. Lol
