2003 Ram 1500. I'm trying to drain and flush the system so when I went under the truck to open the drain valve it would just spin and never opened. Obviously, very odd.
Anyone have any experience with this? and yes, I know I can just drain it by taking off the lower hose, but I'd like to know why the valve won't open.
