Radio has a message of resource file load failed

I have no idea how this happened I just started my truck up as normal and I saw a black screen with the message "resource file load failed" on the screen. The backup camera works fine but I cannot access anything on the screen I can change the volume to the radio only. what caused it and how do I fix it?
