Radio help

I just purchased a 2014 1500 ram sport. It has the 8.4 touchscreen. It does not have the Uapps button on it. I found out the truck was from Canada and there system is different. Is there an update or something i can do to get the US version of the radio? I tried a factory reset on the radio now its all messed up ‍ lost alot of my settings it used to have. Figure its a software issue. So im sure i need to update it. When i put my vin number in on the uconnect website to get the software it says its up to date

Canadian Ram use different software versions & everything

From what i understand the Provider that is used in the USA is some how different from the Canadian software & the Canadian Gov't is in conflict

I went into Toronto & i could use my phone through Uconnect
But when i was further North of Toronto, i had to use the Canadian Landline

I noticed that ppl with Fords could use their phone with SYNC up in Canada

After letting the truck sit for a couple hours i went out to take a picture of the radio version. And it replaced mh settings icon with the U app icon. Here is the picture. I need help finding the update file as uconnect website says its upto date

My Made for USA version radio is up to date, it has Version 18.45.01
before i updated, the version was 17.11.07

My radio is the USA model of
RA4 8.4AN

I have a 2016 Ram 1500 Bighorn 3.0L engine
