I tried looking through the threads here to fix this, but can't find the info I need. I have a 2018 RAM, and the Nav currently has me in another state. I can't find what software version I have in the menu, the soft reset procedures don't reset the screen and I really don't know which model radio I have (I keep seeing re3, or re4). Any guidance to get headed in the right direction would be appreciated...

Is your SXM reception still good?

If you have nav from the factory, you have a "4" radio. Not a "3" unless you added navigation. Not certain what happens when you add navigation. To my understanding.

If you don't have the satellite activated your on air updates could be affected.

OK, SXM and the GPS antenna are the same on our trucks so your issue is with the antenna. Has your radio been removes lately or any work done on the truck? The antennas go bad, but sometimes things just aren't plugged in.

Back of the radio, mustard colored plug is one spot. It will make it's way to either a puck style or sharkfin style antenna on your roof. There are more connections in between but I'd start at the ends first.
