Hello, has anyone experienced an issue with satellite radio or anything streaming by bluetooth cutting out every minute or two and then picking back up exactly where it left off after 1-2 seconds? It's driving me crazy.

Also, does anyone know if the Sirius tuner is built in to the Alpine radio or is it separate? The dealer replaced my radio but it still has the same problem. In addition, my phone was paired to the new radio without me doing anything and the Sirius ID was unchanged from the old radio. I'm wondering if it was actually replaced. I appreciate any help and apologize if this has been brought up before. I searched for similar problems but couldn't find any posts.

Doesn't sound like he replaced the radio, the Sirius ID should have changed, I don't think that is a configurable entry, its coded in the radio. What radio do you have? There should be three letters on the lower right corner of the faceplate, RES, REN, RHB, RHR?

If your phone was paired you've got the same radio you went in with, unless you left your phone with them unlocked so they could access it.
