Radio setting problems

So I just bought a 2012 big horn edition this past Saturday and I was trying to set up radio stations on the radio selections. I picked one station and hit the SET button and that's my only station that has stayed at what I picked. Every other selected radio station I chose and hit SET on returns to the factory radio station, this all happens when the truck is running. Is there something wrong with my head unit or am I just not doing the correct procedure for setting?

I don't have the same radio but maybe try getting to the station you want, then hold down the button for a couple of sec that you want to save it to.

Like adurm said. You have to hold the "set" button down a couple of seconds and you should hear it beep indicating it is set to the channel you selected.

Alright I'll try that again, I just don't remember hearing a beep like normal.

Still doesn't set the radio station or beep at all. I'm gunna call the dealership and talk with them.

Operator error, radio works fine. Just a short between the steering wheel and seat.
