Radio troubles

[Runaround]

My wife has an ‘07 with the satellite radio, cd changer and the volume button doesn’t work right. You can turn it and the volume might go up a little at a time or really loud. It does the same when you try to turn it down.
Is there a way of fixing this or does someone here have one of these radios laying around that works properly that they are willing to get rid of.

I have the same problem with my radio, the volume control is very unpredictable, turn it up - sometimes it goes down, up or really up. Turn it down and it basically does the same. I use the steering wheel controls - they still work perfectly. Sorry I can't offer any solution.

That’s her problem too but she doesn’t have steering wheel controls.
