Radio Upgrade

Currently I have a 2011 Dodge Ram Big Horn and it just has the regular radio with the clock. I was wanting to upgrade to a touch screen with bluetooth. I wasn't sure if I could just buy the touch screen by Dodge that goes there and then just plug in the factory harness?

Yes you can but IIRC to get the blue tooth options to function you will need a sales code flash from the dealer.
