Hello - new guy here.
With my 2013 2500, 5.7 L, sometimes when I start the truck, it “shuts” off about 1 or 2 seconds later. In other words, she will start, but after 2 seconds of idling, the engine cuts out and stops. An additional turn of the key does not spin the starter motor.
If I remove the key and begin over, it starts, and runs fine.
No error codes on dash, no weird noises or weird electrical problems.
I did a scan with my Foxwell scanner, using the Dodge-specific module.
Two errors were returned:
1. Tire pressure sensor cannot be found and
2. Door Module- Internal, Missing Calibration
Could the above codes/systems cause what I described?
I thought the scanner would pickup codes or times tamps or whatever pertaining to the engine cut off.
Any help/experience/point in right direction would be helpful.
Thanks very much in advance.
Mike
