Does this even matter much? The prevailing wisdom on here seems to be avoiding any RAM from 2025 onward due to issues with the Atlantis High electrical architecture. I agree that the Hemi itself seems to be a very predictable engine even if I'd choose the Hurricane every day of the week.

One would hope they get the kinks worked out sooner than later. This is the second model year for that architecture so I'd hope its getting to a reasonable condition soon.

That is the larger question for me. If (and that is a big IF) I buy new, it will likely not be until late 27 or into 28 when my wife's car is nearly or fully paid off. So if the e-Torque does go away, that is a good thing. If MDS were to go away, that would be another good thing. But if they haven't worked out the issues with the Atlantis High backbone, then I will remain dubious.

For 90% of the population who don’t even know what etorque is, or don’t want a V8, it matters not. For the remaining 10% who want to buy a truck with a V8 and don’t want etorque, it’s a huge matter.

NOTE: 80% of all statistics are made up…including this one. :anitoof:

I have no idea what the actual percentages are, but I bet I’m not far off.

Sad for people who got suckered into buying this isht in the first place, I see values dropping like a rock.

My guess you wont even be able to trade them in at some point soon.

The only thing worse then an e torque hemi is a used e torque hemi.

Haha, a clever way of avoiding the scrub. :jester:

However, I betcha @mikeru is not far off with his numbers. Vast majority of buyers have ZERO clue what eTorque is. Many might even be somewhat happy about it, because it is often labeled as a 'mild hybrid', so if you're in that crowd, then you can feel GREAT about buying the eTorque truck.
