ram won't fire

1999 dodge 1500 4x4 with 360 auto. code for cam and crank sensor came up replaced both now truck won't run, will crank over but no spark, replaced coil, cap, wires, rotor to no avail. fuses, and inline fuses all good need some help here.

Could be a defective sensor if youve got nothing at all and it ran before

I have replaced both sensors twice and still am not getting anything

Do you have power going to the coil?

How are you checking for spark?

Did you reset the PCM?

There is no power to coil. Checking for spark through a spark tester on coil and number 1 plug. I have used a scan tool to clear codes. pulled negative wire off battery to reset pcm.
