Rear AAM 11.5 8x200 to 8x6.5

I've got a 2018 Ram 3500 DRW chassis and cab that I've put single wheels on for an overland camper. I'm looking to order a 2020 Ram 3500 DRW chassis and cab with better options.

I would like to move the wheels and tires to the new truck. My problem is the new rear axle bolt pattern (8x200). Both are AAM 11.5 with 4.44 gears. Is it possible to replace the 2020 axle shafts and hub assemblies with 2018 axle shafts and hub assemblies to get the 8x6.5 bolt pattern?

After looking into this I am not sure how much help I can provide. The parts on your truck are only used up to 2018. In researching the 2020's I do see that there is a shared sales code DRX which designates 11.5" DRW but I am not sure if this means all 11.5 setups share the same wheel bolt pattern. I also do see that a 12" setup is available as well. Do you have the proposed build sheet of the new truck?
