Rear defrost?

Anyone with the rear window defroster option have visible defroster lines in the glass? I allegedly have this option and have a dash button that lights up (also indicated on the climate screen), but it doesn't appear to do much and i don't see any defrost lines in the windows.

I have the power sliding rear window, but don't know why it would be a deleted option and still have the buttons and indicator lights.

Does it say rear defrost or defrost? Chances are it's for the side mirrors

Yep. It's for the mirrors. The heater grid on the glass is clearly visible if you have it.

Mine has separate buttons and idicatotors for both mirrors and rear glass defrost. Both physical buttons on lower dash and touchscreen buttons on Nav screen. I'll have to recheck my sticker, but pretty certain it was part of my trucks build sheet.

Are you sure there are separate buttons for the mirrors and rear defrost? The one that says rear defrost will operate the mirrors also.

I'll have to double check after work. I know there's a button with a picture of a windw that says rear above it.

I have the rear defrost with the sliding window. There are visible lines in the glass. There is one button for the rear defrost and the side mirrors on mine. Right under the front defrost button.
