Rear Drum brake

hey guys so this is my new issue, well i got my rear end upped to 4.10 and then my right rear drum got so tight it locked to right rear wheel, took it to ammco cause i thought it was the transfer case from the sound. they adjusted it and it ran fine drove to vegas and back no issues then 3 days of 70 miles for work and still no issues. go out sunday to wash my truck roll in reverse 2ft and then its locking up again.... any suggestions?

Have you tried using the adjusting screw inside the drum? Sounds like when you are backing up it is winding itself tighter and tighter till it locks up

There is an adjusting screw and plate with a spring (I think). This is what adjust your rear brakes. Something is broke keeping it from releasing.

These are suppose to be changed out when you change out the rear brakes.
