Good to hear. I keep everything. I've still got receipts from trucks I owned >10yrs ago. Guess it's about time to clean out the filing cabinet...

I can't understand why they would give you any grief at all?
All they have to do is the paperwork and the parts are covered and the labor is reimbursed. Warranty labor is less than you would pay and they make nothing on parts, but it's not like they are doing it for free.

I have never understood how the dealers assume that if they screw you on a warranty repair, you'll somehow become MORE likely to take your vehicle there. I bought a 4 wheeler from a dealership about an hour from here, and I asked him ahead of time about the warranty. I wanted to do some mods, and I wanted to know how they would affect it. He told me flat out "I don't care what's done to it, snorkels, programmers, tires, whatever. All I ask is that you let my guys install, and it's covered. Obviously, if you lift it and start breaking axles, that's on you, but other than that, have at it."
Guess where all of my 4 wheeler business has gone?

Hello all

Thank you for the support. The dealer called today and it will be covered under the Life Time Warranty. Now its just going to take 5 to 6 days to get finished. Make sure you guys keep all your paperwork. Receipts for oil changes, spark plugs, air filters and you name it...
