Rear lowering spring question.

I bought a used Ground Force 91213 rear 2" lowering kit. One of the springs had a # on it that was 11951, I sent this # to Ground Force and they tell me it's a set of 3" lowering springs. The problem is the guy I got them from listed a photo of his truck which is the same as mine with these springs and it sits level.
So am I to assume the guy from Ground Force didn't actually look up the individual spring part # and just shot from the hip (he did send the answer from his iPhone which tells me he wasn't even at work)?
Just don't want to have to install springs more than once.

11951 is the part# on the 3" coils in my crew cab lowering kit. If it is designed to give 3" of drop on a crew cab, then it should give you 2" of rear drop on your regular cab. You should be fine.

The guy from Ground Force emailed second time and said they are 2" on a standard cab.
