My 2015 is leaking water around the slider rear window. I can’t find a drain hole in the cable channel and water runs to the ends and down to carpet. I don’t think new seals will stop the water from getting in. Any help in a fix is appreciated. Are the seals easy to install?

Rear sliding windows on your Ram have two drains
the exit end of the holes are in the bottom of the window seal, on the side against the sheet metal

I'll look to see if i can find the video on how to clear the tubes

It is a 2015 model. I have three drain holes visible but can’t find how the water from the slide gets to those holes. Also if the truck leans slightlly to the driver side the water ends up at the end and runs out the end.

Hey, have the same issue.
But I dont find a way to take out the cable of the electric slide window.
I assume Im lucky and the drain holes are directly under the mounting.
Does somebody has an idea how to find the holes so I can clean them?

Found leak in my 2020 Ram 1500 eTorque this last July. Found at mopar.com that this item has a warranty extension for 7 years and 150,000 miles.
Took my truck today to the local Dodge Ram Dealership/Service Center and they stated they were only authorized to silicone seal the window/rear light, which would barely last 3 months in the southern Arizona sun.

Repair manager reported the I must contact the manufacturer to get anything better such as window/light replaced!

This is the factory authorized service center telling me I have to contact the manufacturer to get this WARRANTY item fixed?????

Dealership is Ed Morse Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM
1901 S Highway 92
Sierra Vista AZ, 856535-4665

Who the hell is the manufacturer if this authorized service center can't do the work covered by warranty??
