recon headlights question

How do i adjust these lights!? I tryed from underneith the truck but didnt seem to do a thing, they are way off

There are adjustment screws on the back of the headlights, you need to remove the headlights and make adjustments and reinstall them, it is quite to process, take your time to tweak them just right and you will have a pretty good cutoff.
