Is there a major difference between their High Performance and Professional Series oils? Would you choose one over the other for the 5.7? Also, do Redline oils meet the minimum Chrysler requirements?
Are there off the shelf options you'd recommend?
I usually trade in for new vehicles every couple of years but want to keep this one awhile. I want to only use high quality oil in it.
I always used Penn Platinum and Fram Ultra filters in the others but want to step it up a little on this one.
TIA

Just got clarification from a Redline rep. He said both oils are suitable but have not been submitted for MS-6395 certification.

The high performance version in the blue bottle is what the majority of us use as it has a very high amount of Moly in it which seems to be the most important additive that the HEMI needs to avoid cam/lifter problems down the road. I'm not sure how much Moly the Prof. series has but I bet its no better than average. If you don't already have a noisy valvetrain I would suggest something like Quaker State Ultimate Durability. Also the vast majority of us in the Redline camp use 5W30 not the recommended 5W20. The thicker weight has no ill effect on the MDS at all.

Has to be high performance line, that has the ester/pao base oil and high moly and high additives. Their professional lineup is rebranded 66 when phillips bought redline. High performance redline is the tick killer.
