Replacement of OEM stero with aftermarket and backup camera

Hey guys,

I am sure yall get this question a bunch but I tired reading some of the other post and got confused but what I am wondering is what kind of aftermarket radio can I get that has a wide screen on it so I can replace my OEM radio with it but I also want too hook my back up camera that is aftermarket to the aftermarket radio.

If that does not make sense I can show pictures of what I am trying to do or try to explain it differently.

Does anyone know if when we put in a new head unit if we lose the ability to use our stock back up camera and any of the USB ports?
