Replacement seatbelt retractor

Recently got a 1999 Ram2500 24v quad cab (the half back doors) The seatbelt would lock up frequently but if you gave it a little slack and pull it out slowly it would work but today it completely locked up and I couldn't get it to unlock I was able to get it to finally unlock but now it doesn't retract or lock at all so I'm sure I snapped something while I was messing with it. Anyone know where to buy the full replacement retractor that isn't a salvage yard.

Have you tried a Ram dealer part’s department using your VIN?

I have not. Only looked online but couldn't find a part number or anything but I will try that tomorrow thanks
